Create Collaborative Book

  Collaborative books are simply books where you allow other members of the site to contribute chapters. You can write the whole book yourself if you prefer, but other members have the ability to add to it. Book are organized under one master title page. The first person to create a book should choose <none> under the Book Outline section of the input form. All other chapters/pages should be contributed with that book's title page as it's parent (NOT the other sub-pages).  For example, chapter 1 and chapter 2 and chapter 3 would all have a parent of the title page. You would not make the parent of chapter 2 be chapter 1. The system should automatically do this if you use the link at the bottom of a book page to add your own page. But remember, your page always goes to the bottom of the pages/chapters. Do not change the WEIGHT as it'll just push your page to the front, not the middle.

Create Article

  Articles/columns are expected to be of at least 500 words and usually around 1500. This area is meant for meaty writing. When you create an article you must choose the TYPE of article it will be (though the field is not required on the input screen, we do require it). You will also have to choose a Publication to place the article under. Again, the field isn't required on the form, but please choose at least one publication.
